Or at least brooms for tournaments.
We all know about Muggle Quidditch, but what about Muggle Creaothceann?
Creaothceann, meaning “wounded head” is a now banned wizarding sport in the world of Harry Potter in which wizards and witches strap cauldrons to their heads, get on their brooms, and catch as many falling rocks as they can in the caudrons on their heads.
The rocks are charmed so they fall slower. We cannot do this in the Muggle world or Muggles would know that we were wizards and it would ruin everything.
Plus we don’t want people getting actual wounded heads.
First:
It wouldn’t be hard to fashion some sort of headwear out of a plastic Halloween cauldron. drill some holes for straps, maybe make a false bottom with some heavy plastic, cut the bottom and make it into a hat, you’ll figure something out!
And we can’t use real rocks! We’d die or something!
So here’s my solution:
Carved and painted foam that looks like rocks!
Or:
Balloons - partially inflated.
They fall slow and won’t kill us! Which is always a plus!
It would be an indoor sport in which we have some sort of large contraption above us to drop the balloons or “rocks” slowly, like a big thing with holes in it that is shaken to release random amounts of balloons at a time.
I’m brilliant. And you know it. And you want to play this game. Because Reasons.
